BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — New England weather continues to be predictably unpredictable as the first frost came Thursday morning.
Despite temperatures in the 70’s last weekend, Mass. residents had to break out the ice scrapers this morning. That is if they can even find it.
“I always forget where I put it every single year, so it’s always just a matter of finding it,” said one resident.
“The first of many to come I’m sure,” said another resident.
Not all residents were ready to accept that winter is approaching fast.
“Just keep starting the car and warming it up and wait for the windows to defrost. Not ready for it yet, I’m still holding on,” said a stubborn resident, unwilling to break out the ice scraper.
“This is what we sign up for. If you don’t like it, you got to go south,” said a seasoned New England weather veteran.
