BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Mother's Day is this weekend, and for some people, plans are already in motion.
William, a Boston College student who was at South Station on Friday morning, said he was about to catch a ride back home for the holiday.
"I'm surprising my mom for the weekend; she doesn't know I'm coming," he said. "I told her that I was watching a movie later today, and she usually calls me around the time I'd be watching it, so I'll just be like, I'm watching a movie, I'll call you back, and then holler, be like, this is what the movie was like, and then knock on the door, how you doing?"
