It was a devastating loss but the New England Patriots are clearly #notdone, according to Julian Edelman.
The wide receiver broke his post-Super Bowl silence on Wednesday to relay a message of hope for Patriots Nation via Instagram:
“Incredibly proud of this team,” Edelman said. “I’ve seen how much hard work these guys put in day in and day out. The chips didn’t fall our way this time, but the preparation and training for the 2018 season starts now. We’ll be back.”
Edelman was not on the field for Sunday’s devastating loss, as he continues to recover from an ACL injury that sidelined him for the season. His return to action next season is something Patriots fans can all get excited about.
