Serial Subway Restaurant Robber Is Caught In Worcester

WORCESTER, MA ((WBZ NewsRadio) -- A Worcester man is charged with robbing a Subway Restaurant on Shrewsbury Street at knife point-- three times. Police say William Walley of Providence St. entered the store wearing a mask, brandishing a large kitchen knife and demanding money from the register over and over again, January 15th, January 19th, and February 3rd.

Walley was arrested Saturday after eventually being identified as the thief.

He is been charged with three counts of armed robbery and will be arraigned this week in Worcester District Court.
