Boston Breaks Record For Coldest Temp Since 1882

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — The temperature in Boston Wednesday morning surpassed the lowest temperature record set in 1882.

Temperatures hit 37 degrees this morning, which is one degree lower than the 38 degrees it was on May 13, 1882.

This has also surpassed the 38 degrees seen on this date in 1878.

Temperatures are expected to go up the rest of the day with a high between 55 and 60 degrees.
