METHUEN, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — "Come Say Hey" is an adoption event being held by The MSPCA-Angell at Nevins Farm from June 13 to June 14, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Sheep, goats, ducks, horses, dairy cows, pigs and two miniature zebu's are all among various law enforcement cases rescued this past winter. Nevins Farm has been operating at full capacity for nearly half a year
"There were lots of animals and it was a pretty tough winter," Farm Animal Rescue and Outreach Manager Kaycie McCarthy said. "But, we succeeded and everybody's doing pretty great, ready to get out of here and move on to the next phase of their lives."
McCarthy said the shelter is excited to meet prospective adopters who will love and care for the animals as they have.

"We've provided care to these animals for months and gotten to know them and love them, and then to be able to meet the people that are going to love them just as much as we do is kind of my favorite thing about these events." McCarthy said.
The MSPCA is looking for someone who has plenty of room and a desire to give an animal a second chance at a prosperous life.
Further information and adoption inquiries can be found at the farm's website here.
