BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio)– New England native Noah Kahan will be returning to Fenway Park this summer for two shows during his “The Great Divide” tour. Kahan, a popular folk-pop singer, who grew up in Vermont and New Hampshire, will hit 23 stops on this new tour.
Kahan last toured through Fenway in 2024 and played two sold out shows. As a born and raised New Englander, Kahan playing in front of the Green Monster was a career highlight for him. So much so that he released a “Live from Fenway” album from the recordings from that stop.
After those shows, he posted on Instagram about just how impactful those performances were for him.
“Every day I think about playing Fenway. I can’t even look at photos without crying. It is a permanent part of my soul,” said Kahan in his post.
This year, Kahan will grace the stage on July 10 and 11. He will feature Gigi Perez as part of his acting as well.
Presale tickets open on Thursday, Feb. 5 at 11:59 p.m. ET. “The Great Divide” will come out on April 24.
In a video on social media, Kahan said measures are also being taken to crack down on ticket scalping. Tickets to Kahan's shows will be nontransferable, unless they are resold at the original price through Ticketmaster. For extra security, some ticket buyers may need to submit a selfie or ID.
"It's very secure, I know, but it's all in the spirit of getting tickets to actual fans," Kahan said.
