Women Involved In Danvers Road Rage Incident To Be Charged

DANVERS, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — The two women involved in a road rage incident on Route 128 in Danvers on Friday will be charged.

A 64-year-old woman from Beverly will be charged with assault and battery and disorderly conduct, according to Massachusetts State Police. A 33-year-old woman from Gloucester will be charged with assault and battery on a person over 60, disorderly conduct, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, stopping on a state highway, and assault.

State Police say they received calls from several witnesses just after 10 a.m Friday. The incident was caught on tape.

You can see two women getting out of their cars on the southbound side of the highway.

They began to yell and start scuffling. But, the two were gone by the time State Police arrived on the scene.
