Sweet 16 And The Electoral College. Massachusetts Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley has filed an amendment that would lower the national minimum voting age from 18 to 16, adding millions to the eligible voter rolls. At the same time the democratic party is moving hard to abolish the Electoral College and move to a popular vote election. Is this a way to give control back to disenfranchised voters or a power grab?

Reefer Madness. They told us by legalizing marijuana the state would prosper and the black markets would wither away. Neither seems to be happening in Massachusetts where the first recreational pot shop in the Boston area is set to open this weekend in Brookline where the traffic cones are already out and people are mapping routes to avoid route 9. What is raking in the money though are cannabis jelly beans...Was legalizing pot a mistake?

Ted Koppel Sides With President Trump . Former ABC News anchor Ted Koppel says President Trump is "not mistaken" when he claimed the media is "out to get him" at a public discussion this weekend. Koppel observed that 'The New York Times' is "committed" to making sure Trump is not elected and that the president the "liberal media" have become part of "the resistance." Are you surprised? Do you agree with Ted?
