Capitol Punishment For Police Killers. Calling all law enforcement officers....there is a hearing tomorrow morning on Beacon Hill for the Chesna-Gannon Bill which puts the death penalty on the table in Massachusetts for killing a police officer. State Representatives David DeCoste, a sponsor of the law joins us to talk about the hearing and a rally in the morning at the Fallen Officers Memorial in Ashburton Park.

The Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy Gives The Heave Ho To Its Disabled Work Crews. Since its opening, the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway has been tended, tidied, and trimmed by crews from a Dorchester nonprofit that employ workers with disabilities. The Greenway has now cut ties with the non-profit WORK Inc. in favor of a for profit company. James Cassetta, the president of Work, will join Dan in studio. He says those jobs gave confidence and skills to people with a wide range of physical, psychological, and developmental challenges. Is this what Rose would have wanted?

Two-thirds of American Millennials Never Heard Of Auschwitz.... A study last year uncovered the fact that two-thirds of millennial Americans don't know what happened at Auschwitz. Massachusetts wants to do something about it and become the 13th state to mandate Holocaust education in secondary schools. Is this a good idea?
