Ranked Choice Voting. One of the two Massachusetts ballot questions this year includes ranked choice voting. Some find it to be a confusing concept which could lead to the possibility of rigging and gaming elections. Dan is joined by former Massachusetts Secretary of State candidate Anthony Amore who has the details on why ranked choice voting is a bad plan.

If Boston Exam Schools Aren’t Broke, Why Fix Them? The Boston School Committee is considering a plan in which the city’s three prestigious exam schools will not have an entrance exam to determine next year’s incoming class. Could this temporary plan be the future for the nation’s oldest and most prestigious high school? Dan will be joined by Boston Latin School alumni leaders Bruce McKinnon and alumni Karen Curran to talk about the long-term impact this proposed policy may have on our charter schools.

Judge Barrett and Roe vs. Wade. Four times today Judiciary Committee Minority Leader Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) pressed Judge Amy Coney Barrett on her views pertaining to abortion during the Judge's Supreme Court confirmation hearing. Four times the Judge answered she would be faithful to the law and legal precedent. Judge Barrett even went so far as to invoke Justice Kagan’s description that says: “I am not going to grade precedent and give it a thumbs up or thumbs down”. She went on to say it would be “wrong” to voice her opinion on a legal matter that continues to be litigated. Are you satisfied with her response?
