Cuomo’s Waterloo? Today, after a nearly five-month investigation, the New York Attorney General’s office concluded that Gov. Andrew Cuomo sexually harassed several women. In addition, the investigators found that the Cuomo administration was a “hostile work environment” and that it was “rife with fear and intimidation.” NY Attorney General Letitia James said while the investigation is concluded, there are no referrals to criminal prosecutors. After the release of the AG office’s findings, Gov. Cuomo continued to deny any wrongdoing stating, “I never touched anyone inappropriately or made inappropriate sexual advances.” Should Gov. Cuomo resign?

The AMA Says No More Little Boys or Girls. The American Medical Association thinks it's time to remove gender designations on birth certificates. They claim making a designation of male or female on a legal document perpetuates the idea that gender is permanent and fails to recognize the medical spectrum of sex identity. Do you agree? Should gender designations be excluded from birth certificates? Should parents be given the choice? Harvard Professor Dr. Carole Hooven, an expert on sex differences in biology, has been outspoken on her defense of biological sex and joins Dan to discuss.
