How would you rank President Biden’s first year in office? What issues has the President handled well? Which obstacles could Biden have handled better?

Preferential Treatment vs. Risk Factor. A new lawsuit has emerged in New York over the state’s guidelines for distributing Covid therapeutic treatments. Cornell University Professor Attorney William Jacobson claims that the state’s guidelines that include non-white or Hispanic ethnicity as a risk factor is racially discriminatory.
