NightSide News Update. We kick off the program with four news stories and different guests on the stories we think you need to know about! For one of our segments this evening we will discuss the snowstorm coming to Massachusetts Tuesday, with some areas expected to receive plowable snow!
The Brian Walshe Case Begins. The trial of Brian Walshe, the man accused of killing and dismembering his wife’s body, began Monday. Walsh has pleaded guilty to misleading police and mishandling a body but stands firm on the claim that he did not kill his wife. In Monday’s opening statement, the Defense team claims that Ana Walshe died from a “sudden unexplained death” and that Brian disposed of Ana’s body to protect his kids. This evening we will discuss this riveting case!
Trash Day! The city of Medford has unveiled a plan that would move trash pickup to every other week instead of every week starting in July 2027. The change is part of the city’s expansion of its composting program. The city believes that a biweekly schedule would reduce waste and save money. Would you be in favor of a biweekly trash pickup? Why or why not?
