BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — In recent years, there have been many reports citing a disconnect at the highest levels of the Patriots, particularly between head coach Bill Belichick and quarterback Tom Brady.

Yet, somehow, some way, the Pats continue to arrive at the Super Bowl year after year.

Hear what former Patriots kicker Adam Vinatieri has to say about Tom Brady's future—and his prediction for the Super Bowl.

Pats and Rams will clash in Sunday's Big Game—New England's fourth trip in five years to the main event—and Brady took his latest opportunity to discuss his relationship with his coach to do nothing but praise a fellow future Hall of Famer.

"We have a great understanding of one another, and I certainly couldn't be the head coach of the team, and he couldn't play quarterback," Brady said. "We do our jobs the best we know how. I know he has a lot of confidence in me, obviously I have all the confidence in the world in him. It's been a great relationship for me. He's taught me so much about leadership, how to be a leader for the team. He's been so consistent in his goals—winning, which is what mine is."

Brady and Belichick are headed to their record ninth Super Bowl together, with a chance at a sixth title. Yes, another record.
