Aneiry Tobar-Cruz. (Malden Police)

MALDEN, Mass (WBZ NewsRadio) — Police in Malden are asking for help to find a missing 15-year-old girl. Aneiry Tobar-Cruz was last seen March 5 wearing blue jeans and a red coat.
Tobar-Cruz is described as approximately 5'1", 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
“My youngest son sent her a message on, I believe it was Snapchat and asked her where she was at. She said, ‘I’m okay.’ I thought she was in New York for some reason. She said, ‘I’m not in New York, I’m in North Carolina and I’m not coming back.’ And then she blocked him from social media,” Tobar-Cruz's mother, Juneiry Cruz, said.
Authorities are asking anyone with information about Tobar-Cruz to contact Malden police at 781-322-1212 or Detective Renee Kelley at 781-397-7181.
