BOSTON, MA (WBZ-AM) – Wilmington State Representative James Miceli, 38 is taken by ambulance to the hospital from the Omni Parker House .
He was attending a Democratic caucus.
A fellow state rep says he appeared to be conscious when he was loaded into an ambulance.
An aide to Miceli tells the State House News Service that Miceli is stable and with family at the moment.
Miceli is 83.
