QUINCY, MA (24/7 News Source) -- A Quincy woman is charged with assaulting a baby that later died. Shu Feng Hsu was arrested Thursday and is charged with assault and battery on a child causing serious bodily injury.
Hsu is accused of assaulting 11-month-old Chloe Chen on February 15th, and the child died at the Boston Medical Center Hospital two days later.
She was arraigned in Quincy District Court and pleaded not guilty.
