BURLINGTON (WBZ-AM) -- A 21-year-old Tewksbury man was arrested last week after authorities found a camera hidden in an employee restroom at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center.
Michael Mcdermott is charged with three counts of photographing an unsuspecting nude person and one count of possession of a wiretap device.
Lahey staff contacted Burlington Police after finding the camera last Thursday.
"At this time, police have ascertained that multiple people were videoed in a state of undress while using the restroom," the release from Burlington Police read.
Burlington Police and the Middlesex District Attorney's office investigated, leading to Mcdermott's identification and arrest. A date for his arraignment was not yet set.
