SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (24/7 News Source) — The Hampden County District Attorney's office is identifying the person who was fatally shot in Springfield this week.
Prosecutors say Jose Perez of Springfield was the victim in the shooting on Monday night in the area of Worthington and Federal streets.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing. This was the fourth homicide in Springfield this year.
