BOSTON (WBZ-AM) -- The Celtics lead the Sixers three-games-to-none in the East semifinals, but coach Brad Stevens isn't looking past tonight's Game 4.

"I think we know that if we don't play with the right sense of urgency, we'll get killed," Stevens said.

Tip-off is tonight at 6 p.m. in Philadelphia.

The Sixers were scorching-hot entering the series with wins in 20 of 21--a big part of the reason C's have been underdogs in every game so far. But, even with a depleted cast, Boston keeps finding a way.

Celtics Rookie Jayson Tatum Gaining Swagger As Playoffs Advance

Tatum is the youngest player in NBA playoff history to reach 20 points in five straight games.

Philly coach Brett Brown discussed the mood in his locker room.

"I think there's all an element of the reality of what a task at hand we all have," he said. "We all get the numbers of how nobody really has done it--that's a tremendous challenge for us. We're here at home, we kind of just want to take care of business."

He said he opened it up to the group to give their own thoughts on how to handle being down three games.

"The spirit of the group is great," Brown said. "You remind them about really what we've done this year, how close Game 2 was. If we could've pulled Marco back 6 inches, we'd have a walk-off 3, and everybody's seeing the world a little differently today."

Sixers are favored tonight, by six-and-a-half.

But, NBA teams are 129-0 all-time with a 3-0 lead in a best-of-seven.
