BOSTON, MA (WBZ-AM) -- A man accused in the murders of two people six and a half years ago in Lawrence is captured in Pennsylvania.
Prosecutors say Waldos Rojas intentionally set a fire outside a Bailey Street residence in October, 2011. Daniel Diaz and Elizabeth Hernandez were gunned down when they ran from their home.
Federal marshals say Rojas was arrested without incident.
