LYNNFIELD (24/7 NewsSource/WBZ NewsRadio 1030) -- A tractor-trailer has jackknifed on Route 1 in Lynnfield, causing massive delays and closing all lanes.
The incident reportedly happened around 10 a.m. on Route 1 South at the Lynnfield Tunnel. All lanes were back open shortly before noon.
The rig was blocking all three lanes of traffic, with the front end of the vehicle slammed up against the median barrier.
Massachusetts State Police tweeted that the tractor trailer had rolled onto a guardrail and was leaking fuel.
Two people were taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries.
