WAKEFIELD, MA (24/7 News Source) -- Investigators are linking two overnight incidents in Wakefield and Medford.
State Police say a man was robbed at gunpoint in the 100 block of Hopkins Street in Wakefield around 3:30 Tuesday.
The man told officers he followed the assailants onto I-93, where a gun was flashed at him in Medford.
Gunshots were initially reported, but investigators later determined no weapons were fired.
Nobody was injured in either incident, and no arrests have been made.
