MILLBURY,MA (WBZ-AM) -- A kayaker is dead after drowning in Millbury's Dorothy Pond.
Officials there tell WBZ NewsRadio1030 that a body was pulled from the pond shortly after 4 p.m.
They say that two men were in a kayak, trying to recover fishing equipment they had lost, when one of them dove in.
He never resurfaced. The name of those involved are being withheld while the investigation continues.
