Empty Planes Clip Wings At Airport

BOSTON (AP) - Two planes have collided on the runway of Boston's airport. Transportation officials at Massachusetts Port Authority say two Delta planes clipped wings on the tarmac of Logan international Airport on Wednesday afternoon.

A Delta Airlines spokesperson says while one empty aircraft was being repositioned, the wingtip made contact with a second empty plane. 

No one was on board or injured, and maintenance technicians are evaluating the aircraft.Delta flight 1652 from Detroit was delayed getting to the gate as a result of the accident.
