ORONO, Maine (WBZ-AM/24/7 News Source) -- The University of Maine is investigating a football player's death. School officials say 18-year-old Darius Minor of Locust Grove, VA collapsed during a workout at Alfond Stadium Tuesday.
Minor, a freshman, had just graduated high school in Virginia. In a statement, the university says it is devastated about what happened, and is offering support to Minor's family and friends.
