LOWELL, MA (WBZ-AM) – A man is dead from an apparent home invasion in Lowell.
Police and Middlesex County District Attorney Marion Ryan say it happened early Thursday morning on Walker Street between Broadway and Waugh Streets after that the victim was found by another person, who also lives in the same residence, after coming home and calling 9-1-1
Emergency personnel responded and transported the victim with life-threatening injuries to Lowell General Hospital where they were pronounced dead.
The names of the deceased have not been released and no charges have been filed so far. But authorities say the incident remains under investigation.
