Palmer Man Charged With Animal Cruelty In CT

NEW LONDON, Conn. (24/7 NewsSource) -- A Palmer man is facing animal cruelty charges in Connecticut after he allegedly left two dogs in a hot car.  

Nicholes Seguin allegedly left the small dogs in a plastic cage with no water, with the temperature in the car measured by police at 107 degrees. Seguin returned to the vehicle 40 minutes after the dogs were removed by police during the incident last Tuesday. A local animal control officer took control of the dogs.
