BOSTON, MA (WBZ-AM) -- Many Americans are mourning and remembering the loss of John McCain, war hero and Arizona Senator who died on Saturday after his battle with cancer.
The Arizona Senator has passed away at age 81.

In 1999, McCain was a guest on The David Brudnoy Show on WBZ NewsRadio1030 promoting his memoir Faith of My Fathers. He took a call from a fellow Vietnam War veteran who struggled with the war. McCain spoke to man and telling him he's not a coward.
