METHUEN, MA (WBZ-AM) --A sixteen year old boy from Manchester, NH told police he was kidnapped by Charles Anderson, a registered sex offender, and driven to this area and forced to buy drugs.
But Anderson’s Attorney Brandon Kelly, told the judge that doesn’t make any sense.
But the judge didn’t buy it. Anderson is charged with kidnapping, drug possession and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, he was ordered held without bail.
