WORCESTER (24/7 NewsSource) -- A woman is dead after a Worcester car crash.
Illianes Rentas died after rear-ending a pickup truck towing a car carrier on Saturday. The 31-year-old was trapped in the car along with two passengers. An investigation is ongoing.
