BOSTON, MA (WBZ-AM) — Crews from the Boston Fire Department are responding a fire at a Downtown Boston high-rise Wednesday afternoon.
In a tweet, they say that crews responded to 245 Summer St. downtown at around 12:14 PM for a smoke alarm activation.
It the location of Fidelity Investments Boston offices.
They also say that the building has been evacuated and that Eversource has been notified for a possible fire in an electrical vault. One firefighter was transported a local hospital for non-life threatning injuries.
