Anyone Should Be Allowed to Run!

In an article written today on Vox.com, Matthew Yglesias made the argument that the Constitution needs to be fixed to allow any eligible voter to run for president any time he or she wants to. Along those lines, he finds it ridiculous that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez cannot run for president at her age of 29, while others in their seventies can. Should there be an age requirement to run for president? Would Ocasio-Cortez be a front-runner for the Democratic Party?
