NORTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Norton Police have arrested a Wheaton College student in connection to a string of fires that were started in the college's McIntyre Hall over the last couple of months.
Janelys Pimentel, 22, was charged with two counts of arson, four counts of wantonly injuring real and personal property, and six counts of vandalism.
Pimentel was charged in six fires in total, the first of which happened on November 28 and the most recent of which happened on February 7.
Nobody was injured in any of the fires.
