BRAINTREE, MA (WBZ NewsRadio) — A Braintree mom claims her thirteen-year-old son was beaten up by five white teenagers because he's black.
The Patriot Ledger reports the alleged attack happened in January and was recorded on snapchat.
Mireille Tushiminina tells the paper the attackers knocked her son to the ground right outside her house and began kicking him.

The Ledger reports three boys and two girls --- ages thirteen to fifteen --- are facing charges in juvenile court.Two are from Braintree --- two from Stoughton -- and one from Newton.
Tushiminina says she later found threatening texts and racist slurs on her son's phone.
Though Tushiminina says she believes the attackers were white -- the Ledger reports that's not clear from the Snapchat video.
Braintree Police tell WBZ NewsRadio that while all five juveniles will appear before a Judge on March 7, there the no evidence that the assault was racially motivated.
