Whites Need Not Apply For Cannabis Delivery Licenses in Massachusetts. In a 4 to 1 vote, Massachusetts cannabis regulators have given initial support to providing two year exclusive marijuana delivery licenses to minority groups. The Cannabis Commission says it will restrict the licenses to economic empowerment applicants who have been certified by the state as hailing from an area harmed by drug prosecutions, or people who are going through the state’s social equity program. Is this reverse discrimination?

There has been a recent measles epidemic in Rockland County New York, a predominately Orthodox area. Dan wants to know why the measles have suddenly become an issue now for the area.
