Not Guilty After 32 Years. Darrell Jones was found not guilty this week after the re-trial of a case that sent him to prison for 32 years. In a 1986 trial, Jones was found guilty of the murder of Guillermo Rodriguez in a trial where the prosecution relied on eyewitness accounts with no physical evidence. He has maintained all these years that he was innocent, refused to plead guilty in exchange for a shorter sentence and repeatedly appealed his conviction until 2017 when he was released from prison after a judge granted his motion for post-conviction relief. Darrell is joining Dan in studio to tale the harrowing tale.
