Letting Out Sex Offenders... The Mass. Bail Fund has sprung loose another top-level sex offender. This one is from Melrose where Police Chief Michael Lyle warns another person's life may be ruined. The Fund says its mission is to reduce harm to individuals serving pre-trial sentences as well as to abolish pre-trial detention and supervision in the long-term. Is this a good thing?
