The Last Hours in Afghanistan. The gates are sealed at the airport in Kabul while inside planes are taking off every 40 minutes carrying both people and equipment to safety. The U.S. military is running drone strikes on terrorists suspected of either taking part in last Thursday's bombing or are intent on breaching the gates before midnight of August 31st. Both U.S. military and civilian lives have been lost during this massive evacuation. What is your opinion of these efforts? Could things have gone smoother?

A Dad Speaks Out on CRT. Derrick Wilburn's impassioned speech against Critical Race Theory to a Colorado school board went viral. Wilburn, as a black American, said he was the descendant of slaves but that did not make him nor his children either oppressed or victims. Wilburn explained how implementing the CRT doctrine in classrooms would be “fanning the flames of what little embers are left” of racism. He joins Dan to discuss the moment.
