When is a Life Sentence Not a Life Sentence? There are over one thousand inmates serving life sentences in Massachusetts. If two state representatives get their way, they will all be eligible for parole under a new bill. If this is such a good idea, why won't the Department of Correction release the names of those who could be freed under the new law?

JFK Still Under Wraps. The Biden administration has decided to delay the publication of the U.S. government's secret file involving the 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Two of JFK's nephews, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Patrick Kennedy, are outraged and say American citizens have a right to know, as does Tom Samoluk, Dan’s guest. Tom is the former Deputy Director of the Assassination Records Review Board.
