Supreme Court Blocks Biden’s Vaccine Mandate. Today the U.S. Supreme Court blocked the Biden Administration from enforcing a vaccine or weekly test requirement for large private companies. The ruling was decided in a 6-3 vote. The court wrote, “Although Congress has indisputably given OSHA the power to regulate occupational dangers, it has not given that agency the power to regulate public health more broadly.” Do you agree or disagree with the Court’s ruling?

Is Massachusetts The Best State To Live In? According to data acquired by WalletHub, Massachusetts is ranked the best state to raise a family in 2022. Despite the ranking, Massachusetts was found to be the top 7th outbound state, according to United Van Lines' 2021 Annual National Movers Study. If Massachusetts is such a great state to live in and raise a family, why are so many residents leaving? What’s your vote for the best state to live in?

RNC Threatens No Presidential Debates. The Republican National Convention said in a letter to the Commission on Presidential Debates that if they do not make a number of significant changes to their procedure, the RNC is prepared to “prohibit future Republican nominees from participating in CPD-sponsored debates.” The RCN has voiced many complaints with the CPD including concerns about its selection of moderators to name one. Is the RNC overreacting or is it time for them to make procedural changes?
