Supreme Court Blocks Biden’s Vaccine Mandate. Today the U.S. Supreme Court blocked the Biden Administration from enforcing a vaccine or weekly test requirement for large private companies. The ruling was decided in a 6-3 vote. RNC Threatens No Presidential Debates. The Republican National Convention said in a letter to the Commission on Presidential Debates that if they do not make a number of significant changes to their procedure, the RNC is prepared to “prohibit future Republican nominees from participating in CPD-sponsored debates.” The RCN has voiced many complaints with the CPD including concerns about its selection of moderators to name one.
