Testing The Limits of Free Speech. The U.S. Supreme Court has taken up the dispute over Boston’s refusal to allow a Christian flag fly outside city hall. Boston City Hall has three flag poles, one which public groups can apply to have their flag flown. Camp Constitution, a NH based Christian civic organization that teaches about American history was denied their request while the city approved 284 consecutive other flags. Camp Constitution Director Harold Shurtleff joins Dan to discuss the case.

Minor Incursion? President Biden receives blowback for his remark regarding rising tensions between Ukraine and Russia. The President suggested that a "minor incursion" by Russia into Ukraine might not merit a strong international response. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy rebuked Biden’s remark in a tweet saying, “We want to remind the great powers that there are no minor incursions and small nations.” Did Biden’s remark give Russian president Vladimir Putin the green light to invade Ukraine?
