Boston Herald Reporter Joe Dwinell has been covering the story and joins Dan to discuss.

Massachusetts has roughly over 18k homeless residents. Is this a model MA should follow to combat homelessness? Christi Carpenter, Executive Director of Safe Time joins Dan to discuss.
