Creating Safer Roads. Massachusetts lawmakers have sent Gov. Baker a bill that aims to reduce traffic fatalities and improve roadway safety for pedestrians and cyclists. The “vulnerable road users” bill would require truck side guards as a safety measure for pedestrians and require motorists leave a safe distance when passing anyone not in a vehicle. What’s your experience as a “vulnerable road user”?

Over The Counter? The FDA is set to consider what would be the first over the counter birth control pill. As it stands right now, to obtain the pill form of birth control you need a prescription. Proponents of the over-the-counter option say it will improve access to a more effective contraception method. Are you for or against over-the-counter birth control pills?

I May Have Some Regrets… According to a Washington Post survey, a good number of Americans leave college regretting their chosen major. Of those surveyed, about 50% of people who majored in the arts or humanitarian studies regret it. More than a third of people who studied law, business, or education regret it. Do you regret your college major? Why or why not?
