“Lady of the Dunes.” The FBI has assisted in identifying the oldest unidentified murder victim in Massachusetts that officials called “Lady of the Dunes.” Ruth Marie Terry of Tennessee was identified after 48 years thanks to investigative genealogy. Terry was found dead in the dunes of Provincetown in July of 1974. Cape and Islands DA Michael O’Keefe joins Dan to discuss the case.

Midterm Election Predictions. We are one week away from Election Day and some of the political race polls are tight. What are the polls saying right now and what has the trend been? Executive Director of Emerson College Polling, Spencer Kimball joins Dan to discuss midterm election predictions.

Protesting to the Next Level. Some local protests have grabbed the attention of local media. The first occurred at an ExxonMobil recruiting event of Harvard and MIT students where student climate activists showed up chanting with protest signs and caused the event to be shut down. Then, another occurred down in Kingston, MA where a radical group of anti-migrant protesters rallied outside a hotel housing migrants. Dan discusses the extreme protests from those on both sides of the aisle.
