Riding Through Red. In Somerville, cyclists say police should be focusing their efforts on more important things rather than giving out warnings to bikers who ride through red lights. The city councilors agree! Cyclist advocacy groups have cited the "Idaho Stop" which allows bicyclists to treat stop signs as yield signs and red lights as stop signs. Dan wants your opinion!
