This latest aftershock, following the awkward recent testimony in front of a Congressional Committee by Harvard President Claudine Gay, impacts law school graduates irrespective of their beliefs on the War between Israel and Hamas. Should Harvard law students be penalized in their career options because of President Gay’s inept comments in Washington?

Civility And A Cop – We revisit a Vermont case in which a man was arrested for “disorderly conduct” by a Vermont State Trooper. The criminal charges were dismissed but now Gregory Bombard is suing the state and the trooper for civil damages alleging that his First Amendment rights were violated. Mr. Bombard’s lawyer will join us to discuss the merits of the case and the potential implications for law enforcement officers.
