It’s remained an ongoing challenge for local leaders for years. What's the best strategy for cleaning up Mass and Cass? MA Sen. Nick Collins has introduced a bill, An Act Relative to Life-Saving Treatment (S.1042) in hopes of tackling how best to help those struggling at Mass and Cass. It's an act that offers a clear, compassionate, and comprehensive fix to how involuntary commitment is handled in Massachusetts. Sen. Collins will join Dan this evening to discuss.
The Brian Walshe Case. Brian Walshe, the husband of the late Ana Walshe, is on trial for the murder of his wife, who was last seen on New Years Day three years ago. Brian has three charges against him, two of which he pleaded guilty to Tuesday prior to jury selection. Criminal defense attorney Phil Tracy will join us this evening to discuss the charges and trial!
