MA Survivor’s Act. There is a bit of controversy over proposed legislation called the “Massachusetts Survivors Act.” The bill proports to provide some legal consideration for survivors of domestic and sexual violence who subsequently commit acts of violence against others. Attorney Wendy Murphy who specializes in women’s constitutional and civil rights, criminal justice policy, and sexual and domestic violence feels this legislation is unrealistic and provides too much consideration for people who are convicted of crimes against others irrespective of what violence they might have suffered early in their life. Wendy will join us to discuss.

Most military members already know that they are legally required to disobey illegal orders so why the extra warning video?
